What do you apply to the lawn?

Par III, PCP 27884 is a selective herbicide that will only harm broad leaf plants such as dandelions and clover while leaving grasses untouched.

Is the chemical kid/pet safe?

No, Par III is toxic to humans and animals when consumed. You and your pets should stay off the applied surfaces for 24 hours. If excessive contact is made with the sprayed lawn, rinse thoroughly and watch for signs of illness.

How many applications will I need?

Most yards require 2-3 applications the first season to get weeds under control, however subsequent seasons can be typically managed with 1-2 lighter applications.

How long until I see results?

On particularly dry or hot days, effects can be seen within hours! However this is not typical and you should expect to see results within 5-7 days after application.

When can I get an application done?

I operate between the months of April and September, occasionally running into October if it has not snowed yet.
After you have received your quote, you will be able to select a time and date from my booking calendar that works for you!

What do I need to do before / after my booking?

Do not water or mow your lawn the day of your application, move any obstructions out of the area. Unlock any gates if applicable and I may need to enter large backyards through an alleyway gate.
After your application, do not water or mow for 24 hours and keep off the applied areas.

Do I need to be at home for my application?

You do not need to be present for the application. While it is preferred if you are able to be at home, it is not required. I will contact you within the hour before your booking to let you know I am on my way.

It rained right after my application/What if there is rain in the forecast?

Small amounts of precipitation will rarely effect the quality of the application. If after 5-7 days many weeds are sprouting up again, I will contact you to make another application free of charge at my discretion.

Do you offer other landscaping services?

While i primarily offer Herbicide Spraying, manual weed removal and pellet fertilizer, if your lawn needs a spring or fall clean-up prior to an application I can offer the service at my hourly rate.I will occasionally offer Aeration and Dethatching services in the spring months. If this is something you are interested in, let me know in your quote request.

Check your junk mail first. If you still cannot find the quote, either contact me on one of the social links at the bottom of the page or submit a new quote request.

How do you calculate pricing?

Your initial quote will be based on square footage, however your final charge will be based on the amount of chemical applied.
Your final charge will never be higher than your initial quote unless discussed
Manual jobs are at an hourly rate.

What does an application cost?

While scaling based on square footage, the average cost of an application in 2025 was $115. The minimum charge for a full application is $70 unless otherwise discussed.

What forms of payment do you take?

I am able to take Interact e-transfers, credit, debit (tap only), cash and cheque.

What do I do with the lawn sign?

I will come and pick up the lawn sign in 1-2 weeks and check on the quality of the application. If at that point I see fresh weeds sprouting, I will contact you to make a reapplication free of charge and ask to leave the sign on your lawn for 24-48 more hours.Reapplications are done at my discretion.
